lets talk scaup limits before theyre released

Last year the limit was four. I hope they stay the same but the breeding is down 20%. Whatever just wanted to start the first ny thread.

Ddid you see anymore last year than normal? I actuaally saw less but i also didn't hunt downn by you as much.

Yes I actually just went back to look. It said 4 a month ago, but I forgot it was tentative. They did raise our Canvasback limit though....not that I get enough to care.
