You just steaming it, or making something out of it?

gets steamed then kosher salt, black pepper, slide a nutmeg over the grater a few times, big pat of butter, stir it around until it starts to break up then plate and pour just enough steens on it to sweeten it a little. its like squash heaven fell out of the sky and landed in your mouth
