I just rode around with my old Chevy straight piped for about 6 months because I was being lazy and it almost drove me nuts. I hated driving it so much.

Ill have to say the 6.0 and 6.4 both have a sweet sounding exhaust note when straight piped, even better with a load My dads 6.0 with 18 round bales on a flat bed or a skid steer behind it sounds awesome.

Except it's annoying as shit and anyone who's not a dumb ass kid thinking straight pipes are cool would want it fixed. Straight pipes are for diesels and hot-rods.

If you're an adult who likes straight pipes you probably like mud runs and fucking your sister too.

Nope, mainly don't like fixing things that are gonna break again. And every truck I've ever driven/owned still has the muffler on it.

I completely destroyed a F-150 in 8 or 9 years. I had the thing IN the ocean almost daily a few months out of the year. Even had a wave break over the cab once. Drove on the beach and in the mud all the time. The only thing that rusted out was the tailgate.

Yep, Kurt Zeibart, he was a Detroit guy and had a place on deepwater point on Lake Michigan grand traverse bays here, I took care of his boat and hoist a little, he did most everything himself, cheap as you

I believe this. Trucks I saw missing wheel wells in the UP from most to least.

Dodge
Chevy
Toyota
Ford

Never knew Ford galvanized their trucks. Huh.

Yea, zeibarts still around. They do undercoating, tint, remote starter install, and that 3m clear body panel tape stuff you see at the front of vehicles.

That's how I saw it. I saw FAR for Dodges and Chevies with rusted out wheel wells than any other brand. Like way more.

But even though I lived there for 5 years, my list is flawed. Hmmmm

Probably because there are more Chevys and doges on the road than Toyota. It's all perspective.

The body panels, rockers and wheel wells would probably still rust out.
