If you want any easy way to make targets on the cheap, get yourself one of those jumbo bingo card markers and a stack of regular ol' printer paper. You can blot as many spots as you want in a matter of seconds and they make nice round spots. They last a long time too.

Thanks for the advice. I wish I had a hair bit more of magnification so I don't have to make the circles as big as they are.
