Hevi steel

Over priced!!!!!!! I think it's just a gimmick. I buy the cheapest shells and I have no problems killing ducks. My wife and my son shoot the same as I do. Cheap shells.

I like Hevimetal but I won't be buying it again. Too expensive for my wallet and it's the cheap shit of the Hevi lineup.

yea think I had a box or two to try a few years back and just didn't find that I was killing more birds. If you're shooting over decoys at reasonable ranges you'll be fine with your usual lower line conventional steel. Everyone wants to shoot far these days.........or at least tell their buddies tales of how far out they killed this or that.

Kent and Remington sportsmans are my favorites of the lower level stuff.

Hevi Steel is the steel option from hevi shot. I used 3" 1's while guiding snows last year, I liked them. You can find them from 15$ to 18$ a box, so priced about where you see other steel shot shells. Ducks and honkers I shoot Hevi Metal most of the time, but this is an excellent shell if you are not wanting to spend the extra money per box. Best piece of advice is by a box and pattern it to see how it works for you.
