I think that was sarcasm.

I also heard that Zink/Avian X sold out to another company...again,...just a rumor.
I also read that Flightstopper is currently heading up a Mexican cartel...but again...just a rumor.

What did they do to make all of y'all bad mouth them?

They were cheaply priced when they first started making decoys but the quality has gone down while the prices keep going up.Woody wrote:There stuff is cheaply made and cheaply priced... what's to be mad about?

Cabelas has slid so far down that I quit buying from them and could care less if they go under despite buying their gear for 40 years. They used to be the best and now it sucks so bad that I refuse to even look at their catalogs.
Never shopped around much because I could count on Cabelas. Once they sold the business it went straight to hell and I suspect that Avery is on the same exact path. Take care of your stuff because when you go to replace it you're going to moan when you see the prices and then groan when you feel the quality ice water running down the inside of your leg on that brand new pair of waders that's guaranteed for the life of the garment which is OVER the minute you put it on. Rant over.

Been dead for years.Deltaman wrote:aunt betty wrote:I can see that I'm going to be patching my hunting clothes until I can't patch them anymore and then I'll hang up the shotgun for good.
