Well whisky and a beer back. Actually it was two. Seven bucks, total!!! I'm accustomed to ordering off the shelf, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Congrats on the Glock.

Buffie- KK is in second. Surely you've been to Carolina Beach and had Britts Doughnuts? They are the best. Amazing actually and I'm not a major doughnut guy.

never been to carolina beach. i've only been to the wilmington area once, and i was only there for about an hour to look at a boat. i hardly ever eat donuts because all we have here is dunkin donuts and 7-11, neither of which are worth eating.

Added a dozen Bigfoot bulls to the spread today. Going out of business sale, got a dozen for $265, couldn't pass it up.

I wont speculate for what GKR has in his, lets just say he has a seperate shed to house them and I bet he has, counting his floaters, close to 1,000 dekes.

Not to mention his e caller, etc....not a cheap hobby. But neither is duck hunting.

I bet. And those rates are not cheap. I hunt with a group of guys and we have 1800 decoys collectively with 24-30 speaker e-caller. I have 600 decoys myself with a 12 speaker squawk box e-caller.

Looking at somewhere around $2,700 for decoys plus another $1,500 for an e-caller. Then add in an atv, sled, blinds or whites, trailer and flags.

I can second Jehler! My grandpa would take Jgun or myself down to the river to fish and make a pits top there. Diabetes shot and a donut, breakfast of champions!

However, the best donuts were my other grandmas homemade glazed coconut donuts. Jgun can vouch for them.

I am shocked how cheep it is to get the license. Last I heard it was under $200.00 too take the test. Going rate around here for a guide is $225.00 per person per day. The gear and your time is the biggest expense. It would be a good little income boost and some nice tax wright offs during fishing season but I like keeping it fun not a job. Always felt that way.

Since you ask, I probably have around $1500 in my snow goose spread, now if I had to replace it, I would probably be having a stroke.

Couldnt do it. Takes a lot more work than just owning the equipment and having some spots. Typically, people who pay for a guide are assholes. It can be a chore to please an asshole.

You bought an ecaller? You are crazy. You can make one that is miles better, for a quater of the price.
