its not that I'm working to hard beef, just that the volume of jobs I have now is maxing out my brain capacity, can't handle the forums and the details of all the shit I have going

We pickled a bunch of leeks last year and they were good, with morels I always just sauté in butter and eat them with a little salt, I did just get a new charcuterie cookbook with an interesting morel recipe but I have tried it yet, I'll take a pic and pm

As for spring, it snowed today and still no leaves on the trees except for the willows, still waiting for it to get here
