Did you beat up some old lady at a park and take her ducks?
easy man, there is no real ducks around on the youth hunt, and the damn things are so flavorless you have to really dope them up to get any kind of character at all.

Lets not gloss over this mushroom thing. They were awesome. The rest of that crap you all ate was NOT fresh mushrooms. I have to admit Jehlers divers wrapped in bacon looked good. Did you put maple syrup on them?

AT and his Haiku was the response I was looking for.
He knows what went down...mushrooms have a narrow window. I am leaving tomorrow. I lucked out.

So what exactly is a tri tip? Never see those around here but you northerners and lefties sure seem to go crazy over them.

Tri-tip is he bottom of the Sirloin.

Brisket is from the other end of the critter.

Depends on the cow, but typically a leaner cut. Brisket is pretty much the breast meat of the cow.

Had it ready to go Thursday and then the wife's parents asked us to go eat with them. Then Friday her grandparents wanted to take us out to eat... So it just sat there in the fridge soaking up flavor.
