No idea. Same as flour, maybe. If I tried to eat a cup of raw flour, it'd be gross. Mix with water, yeast, and salt and bake, and it's delicious. Cup of raw cottage cheese- gross. Mix with noodles, sauce, and sausage and bake- delicious.
