Anyone making homemade cheese?

I cannot eat it plain or with fruit- makes me gag like liver. But in lasagna, it's awesome.

Makes you gag but you insist its a superior cheese product...would you mind explaining???

No idea. Same as flour, maybe. If I tried to eat a cup of raw flour, it'd be gross. Mix with water, yeast, and salt and bake, and it's delicious. Cup of raw cottage cheese- gross. Mix with noodles, sauce, and sausage and bake- delicious.

I can't stand cottage cheese. Except in lasagna- then it's awesome.

I don't do cottage cheese at all, ricotta makes much better lasagna.
