does it ever make temperature set that low?

good question

The only reason I ask is because most residential units wont do it. All the brands I've ever installed recommend not setting the temp below 70*, it will increase your chances of freezing up your indoor coil. If the coil freezes up your only choice is to shut the A/C off til it thaws.

I keep mine at 72, and it feels cold after being outside. Took Taz to my bros new house tonight, he was wore out after we got home, he needed the fan.

I'm surprised, we haven't had it that bad once I got away from the border. Y'all have been a good bit higher up there TK and KKK boys

We haven't seen 4 days without rain yet this year. matter a fact, it rained some this morning but, really more of a mist. I don't think it got to 65 today.

It snowed at my place in April...several times.

We haven't seen a single day at 90 yet and I bet we haven't had 4 days total of 80.

Got an older oversized A/C unit for the house I am in. We have a shaded corner lot with mature pin oaks that keep most of the yard shaded which is probably saving us. And the A/C seems to be doing ok keeping it right about 62 degrees in there.

Tuesday, July 24th- 1:58 PM

Right at 100 degrees. I think we have a chance to break the record today. No doubt we will be 5-6 degrees warmer in a couple hours.

TK, I'll take your 28% humidity all day, every day. We've climbed a bit here, too. Joy.

Man, you can't catch a break. With the wind whipping through last night, I suspect it blew the weather out and we'll be normal today. Wish the same to you all.
