I thought it was just a Md thing, particularly East of Rt 50. I learned to drink it in OC. But, a good buddy of mine, he's like a second dad, has been drinking it as long as I can remember. He drinks it in mass quantities and is from Suffolk.
Then my inlaws down in Ga drink it a lot too.
Strange...

Maybe it's places where it's hot. Because that shit is delicious on a hot summer day.

I'll scrape it with a razor to get the film off, then sand the shit out of it. For a couple weeks I'll leave it sit every night with a thin layer of mud on it, oxidizes and gets some thin rust on it, will sand it everyday.

i take the corners on with a pad sander, never thought about letting it rust a little. I like the tiniest little bend in the blade as well

I keep mine pretty straight, occasionally when filling deep flats I'll bend it slightly. It's all about the right feeling, and how you like your mud mixed.

I've got to have earphones in, listening to tunes. Same with painting. A radio doesn't work- gotta be earphones.

They didn't have any of the standard ones in my size it so I got the ones with the "aggressive" tread and it seems to have been a good choice. I love that I can just slip them on to run outside to shoot a few arrows real fast. Only problem is sometimes I feel like I'm walking out of them if that makes any sense.

It does, but it only takes about a day and a half to get used to it. I almost get physically mad when I have to bend down to put on and tie shoes at this point.

I can't picture Jim without cargo shorts, crocs, and the cheapest cigarettes he could find in his front shirt pocket.

That's what I got a couple months ago only in choc brown color. They're the 'offroad' crocs. I'll wear mine to go to the boat launch hunting in the winter til I put my waders on. I like the heavy tread cuz with my old one I about broke my neck a few times in the snow.
