I picked up my wood duck today from the taxidermist and I couldn't be happier about the way it turned out.

Thanks guys! Funny thing is I use to have a spot where I shot so many some days I would pass on them but after losing that pond I haven't killed one in 5 years. Figured since I got two one day last season I better get one done. Plus the wife wanted one so it was a win win!

Thanks guys! Funny thing is I use to have a spot where I shot so many some days I would pass on them but after losing that pond I haven't killed one in 5 years. Figured since I got two one day last season I better get one done. Plus the wife wanted one so it was a win win!

Its my wife's favorite bird too so I've got the thumbs up for getting one done as well if I ever shoot one.

pffft! I have seen them once in the last 4 years. I think that they know I want one, and use super woodie sonar to avoid wherever I am set up.
