Went with the up pipes I see. I read negative things about them and left my valves on the floor. Of course If I buy the bbq cheater guru I won't need the damn valves anyways.

Yeah. I liked the look of it too but read everywhere that it was actually worse. I haven't had to even touch a valve since the first 10 minutes of thwe first use.

I've seen a few of them being used and everyone loves them. Also seen one really cool stand a guy made for it.

He's going crazy with that UDS. Phones been blowing up all day with pictures. Making me wish I was at Flint's house for dinner tonight.

Look at all the empty space. Smoking single racks of ribs puzzle me as much as big ass summer time beards.

Luckily my wife eats a pea sized portion. I plan to devour 85% of that rack.

You can always save the second rack for tomorrow.

Ok here it is. The ribs were not sauced. That's my glaze. They weren't quite as tender as they could have been but still delicious. Next time I'm using the Texas crutch method for sure. Mashed taters were cooked on the uds. Greens beans in the stove. And the corn was roasted in the husk on my gas grill for a few hours.
