TK you shouldn't call host of deer hunting shows fags. They support the second amendment and run a business making them great guys! :):):)

Damn boot, are you gonna hit me with your flashlight?

OK, they are not all fags.

How about this (since you are from CA)

It is my opinion that deer hunting shows, while paying taxes as business owners, are promoters of heterosexual behavior, and other than archery hunting, support certain constitutional rights that may, or may not, allow licsened hunters to cruely target innoceant deer.

And, now, in my own words:

I like to deer hunt. I dont like to see any hunting activity turned into a business, I hunt to be free of mans corrupt world. Whispering in the woods and trying to make some boring down time exciting seems to me like a faggy, Larry Potterfield-ish activity. Most TV deer hunters have a lazy eye and a lisp, but if they want to do it, I say let 'em. We all need a good laugh now and then.

Anyone ever been deer hunting on one of those trophy ranches? I've been a couple times and on the last one I went on, they put me in a stand and told me not to get down and go towards a certain direction. So what did I do, got down and went in that direction. About a mile through the woods a came across a field. On the other side of the field was a bunch of pens and kennels. Looking through the binos I could see that they were raising trophy deer. So pretty much I was shooting tame pet deer. Basically all those tv shows where they "hunt" these huge ass deer aren't really hunting, just killing farm raised tame deer. I have no problem doing it, but it sure didn't feel like hunting.

Shit like that is gay. If you want to see monster deer, go pheasant hunting, and leave your rifle in the truck, works every time.

Sometimes I try to trick the deer, so I walk around in a field with orange on...

But I load slugs instead of bird shot.

You mean like when he was shooting quail that wouldn't even fly away? Yea that's the episode I watched.

There have been ones where the quail have flown. His kids will shoot them on the ground but who gives a shit if they do it. They're little kids.

There's places you pick the animal out of a catalog prior to the hunt.

Luckily B&C is pretty good about keeping those deer out of the books.

They also make sure they are well groomed and give the hooves a good pedicure.

Can't shoot them here, but they are all over the place. Probably because some old bleeding heart politician with a backyard birdfeeder decided they were to pretty to shoot.

Tasty though, allegedly.

We don't have any here, either. Used to have a few, but they've never been able to take hold, despite the best efforts of those who tried.

I used to live near someone's area that they bred deer.
I should go take pictures because I'm sure they're still doing it. It's the oddest looking Farm (thing) you've ever seen. Automatic gates and long corrals that narrow down so they can sort out the one buck they want to breed. Very scientific and selective. Am pretty sure they're not raising dog-food. The same ppl bought a bull elk and attempted...
SAD listening to the only elk in Illinois trumpeting his horny azz off in the fall. Poor feller.

These same people own some of the best deer-hunting land in this area and are obviously stocking their land to sell hunts to Chicago hunters. Sadly, deer-hunting is an 'industry' here in Illinois like duckhunting is getting to be down in Arkansas.

Have pondered what we can do about it. Not a damn thing. Go with the flow or become a spectator. Sorry if I offend but it's the way I see it.

Flyway Highway...the gps ad at the beginning, middle, and end of the show. Those guys never get lost, wet, or muddy and want us to believe they hunt waterfowl. We KNOW better.
