Haha. Meatloaf kicks ass!

Diamond Joe don't eat meatloaf or spaghetti.

I ate a lot of meatloaf, spaghetti, mre's and various army rations growing up as a kid. I reached the point in my life where if I don't have to eat something I don't like then I won't.

Preach on Brother Joe, I feel the same way about fish and some other foods.

I happen to like both of those things.

To bad, you didn't cook it right.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

135° water for 50 min. I used olive oil, thyme, little bit of garlic & herb seasoning before vacuum packing. After the 50 min I took out of bag, salt and pepper, sear on very hot skillet 20-30 sec per side. Let sit for 5 min, fuckin great.

if you have the real deal sous vide cooker it can take as long as you want it to, the meat can't overcook because it can't. One of my customers has one, throws a bunch of filets in around lunch and when they feel like eating he pulls them sears on the grill and bam, perfectly cooked steak, fork tender

I haven't seen one under $300. And quite a few over $2,000. So, yes. Yes it would.
