I don't think 50/50 applies to AT with pintails.

It's a law. It does. Of course he's always had a 50/50 chance. He has a 50/50 chance every time he shoots at one but his bottom 50 is REALLY heavy. Weighs him down and ruins his stance.

Actually it is a theory. It is only a law if you chose to believe so. 50/50 I am just playing the devil's advocate, and do not really believe what I just stated.

Accept it as law and turn the law in on itself is what I tried. Shoulda worked but AT is stubborn as hell.
He is one of them guys who will stand there with cookie crumbs on his mouth and say, "no, I didn't eat any and you can't prove it".

I don't have to prove anything. You yourself just stated that its a Law, and cannot be refuted.

Yet you still seem to think that the actions taken as a result of it are what "validates" it. Nope. It is self validating. If I give a bunch of guys $20 each, one can put it in the bank, another buy a few 2x4s, yet another give it to a bum, and yet another buy some crack. What they do with it doesn't change the fact that I gave them each a perfectly legit, legal tender $20 bill, not one iota. Same thing here.

If one guy says "oh no, there's a 30% chance of rain, I better carry an umbrella", and another says "Meh, 30% is nothing, I'm not carrying that damn breaks around", they have both taken different actions. So by your definition ("practicality"), the "standard" odds (in this case, 30% chance of rain") are useless as well.

So what DO you believe?
