Show up with your call logs and ask for a jury trial. Even traffic tickets need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I doubt a jury would convict you if the call logs don't match up to the time on the citation. Plus, you have nothing to lose and the prosecutor may dismiss the case once he sees your call logs.
