Goose Jerky

I don't know about everyone else but i think goose meat is some of the best kind of meat to make jerky with. Here is a set by step video on one of the ways we make goose jerky

I think they realized this was a bad idea and canx it. Or maybe they plan to do it at the ECH or NCH.

It's all in fun around here.

Making videos with your friends is pretty cool. I like that you do some instructional videos, rather than just shotting stuff...

Yup...you can't really take anything seriously around here. That's what makes it great. I've watched a couple of your videos. They were all very informative. And I almost agree with you...goose makes the 2nd best jerky next to turkey.
