It's not just elementary school either. College calculus and they still try to jam dumbass "tricks" to do things "faster" when all it does is complicate things worse.

In all reality there are tricks that do help in higher level math and science classes. Some of the methods are a load of bullshit but most can be tweaked slightly by eliminating a few pointless steps and will be helpful if you take the time to simplify them.

Secondly, integrating and deriving don't require this "h", because it is part of a limit function, which is completely unrelated to the process of deriving/integrating. It's the district I went to school in. They say it isn't fair because not all of the schools have A/C.

Didn't have A/C when I was there either, but we didn't miss any days for heat. Bullshit is right.
