Take a rocks glass and put about a 1/2 inch of red wine in it, then cover the top of glass with plastic wrap, . Poke 10-20 holes in the wrap with a toothpick and slaughter city. Do a couple if the problem is really bad and you should catch a ton. Serve it up to your most hated neighbors as a vintage merlot.
