i know, but once they corned and cooked, blanch some taters real good and run chunks of potatoes and the cooked corned goose breast though a coarse plate, brown it in a skillet and put some runny eggs and sirachi on top....damn bro, it's tasty

thanks fellas, the birding was good out there billy. a handful of black bellied plovers, one semi palm plover, 10 least sandpipers, greater yellowlegs. Nothing shocking, the tree swallows were in gigantic numbers staging up and packing a huge sack lunch. First snow goose a few days ago. Great egrets are making there weird northern migratory push and showing up.
