The penalty is min 5 pts on license (10pts = revoked in nys)and 150$ plus court surcharge ~$90. I had to take 4 hours leave today from work and that does bother me. The court is right outside of work so not too much of my time is wrapped up in this. There was some sleezy hot bitches in there today too, sort of cool.

did i say something about money? i said TIME. time i could be with my kid or time i could be in the shop doing something i love. time fixing something that has broken and needs to get back into the field.time teaching a young person how to feed, exercise and groom their club lamb or show calf. time teaching interns how to do what i do. time being a grappling coach,time helping teach women's self defense and time training with my daughter.

i for one have spent more fucking time in a courtroom then i ever wanted to. you go right ahead and fight a lame little traffic ticket all you want. you dont have shit going on in your life so you will not miss anything. i fought and won some thing real, i was facing 25-life fed time. you can go to traffic court 20 times and fight the battle fuck man you ma even win..i however won the war.

you work from home and and have time(i assume with a billion post counts on at least two forums ) to deal with the back and forth bull shit. however spending more money on gas then the cost of the ticket would keep you up at night

You dont fight the ticket to win, you fight it to drop the charge to a non moving violation so your insurance doesn't go up. Yeah you pay court costs and the original ticket, but it's cheaper than 3 years of extra insurance.
