I made sushi while the wife and niece went trick or treating.
Baconater roll. Fried soft shell crab, avocado, cream cheese mixed with thai chiles, bacon, and a spicy jumbo lump crab mix on top then baked.

Prosciutto wrapped, with salmon, cucumber, scallions, and japanese mayo inside.

unused eel and deep fired blue crab, tuna roll, salmon roll, and eel roll.

Might need to, especially with the west coast seafood. Love me some fresh abalone.

After going in chicken houses/farms, how can you stand to eat it? I went in one and couldn't eat store bought chicken for about a year.

Not really, most of the food I eat I grew/raised/killed/caught myself. That's going to change a little now that I live in the city.

Zesty Italian dressing, Montreal and a light dusting of creole. Keep it simple tonight.

It's great if you don't have a lot of time to prep. Good stuff.
