Thanks yeah ducks kinda got me this year also.. Headed to Kansas next year to hunt specs and snows and whatever flies then.. Im really putting the work in this year Im scouting my azz off and burning up the diesel finding birds.. Been getting friends kids on hunts with us got a few kids there first duck or goose as well so its been a great year so far..

I was kind of thinking the same thing. Seems like it was just last year that you were asking all the rookie questions and starting to aquire gear.

This is a buddie of mines daughter who wanted to hunt ducks so her dad let her play hookie from school today since she got a 100% on her hunter safty course and hunt ducks with me and my kids.. I called in a nice flock of mallards cupped up right in the face and told her Jenna kill'em and behold she got one of the prettiest greenheads.. Its going on her wall so she will always have the memories.. Thats what I love about this waterfowl life her smile was so worth it..

Her dad looked like a chinese tourist taking 100 pictures so I think she wanted to be done with the pics.. She was extremelly happy.. I got her brother his first duck 2 weeks prior but his were all hens so shes happy she outdid her brother..
