Did you notice how there was no evidence of car washing?
Sure, the power washer was sitting there next to the car but there was no water.
The car was dry and so was the driveway.
We´re suppose to assume someone saw him getting the stuff ready, got pissed, and called 5-0 on him?
The cop was just driving by and saw him so stopped and had a document for him?
The sound is poor or maybe I´d have figured this stuff out.

Cops aren't "supposed" to be assholes but it is usually a 60/40 possibility. Maybe more, we should have a poll.
