If the OP is still reading this:
If you are offended by some of the shenanigans here, the vast majority of which weren't directed at you, then I honestly believe that is the biggest disqualifier for you ever attaining your goal. When you're at a trade show, and somebody stops by and says "I tried your calls/shells/camo/decoys, and they suck. Worst money I ever spent", what's your reply gonna be? "Well if you don't like XYZ calls, then fuck you"? You should've been able to talk with the folks who you feel poked fun, and turn the situation around to your advantage. But you didn't. You chose "If you don't chew Big Red, then fuck you".


Better learn to interact with people of all types before you go angling for a position which requires you to, well, interact with people of all types. Just some friendly life advice.

Don't recall if I've opened this sure-to-be-train-wreck thread before, but did read this last page of it and agree with the above. Also don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but outfits like Avery seem to have a simple application process for pro-staffing that seems based largely on you're wanting to do it. Which is to say that I'm pretty sure most anyone with the desire to be pro-staff can be somewhere, so get after it and good luck.
