Anchorman 2 (spoilers!)

Kinda feel like they tried to hard with this one. Still thought it was funny, although I could tell most of the people in the theater hadn't seen the first one and were confused the entire time. What do you guys think?

I will be checking it out soon. My first response to the trailer I saw was similar. Kinda like they might be trying to hard.

Whiskey young man. Drink it straight and bring in a few flasks. Less liquid ingested less likely hood of having to piss. I'm thinking some sort of scotch just for the occasion.

Let's just say there's even less of a story line in the new one than the first anchorman. I didn't think it could be done but they did it.

When something is as good as the first one was, you should probably just leave well enough alone and count your duckets, instead of trying to do it again.

Exactly. It was so funny because it was novel. Look at the Hangover.

When I read duckets I immediately pictured Al Pacino screaming at me. Going to have to watch that movie soon. Not my favorite Shakepeare, but not the worst.

I tend to agree, although I enjoyed all the random Ron Burgundy appearances leading up to the movie

So Damn cool.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
