That's kinda interesting. Couldn't be that hard to reload yourself. Seems like you would have 50 seeds in a 3" circle the way he was shooting them in the video.

Kind of a tough market. Most hippies that have land don't like guns.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

That's kinda neat...Although I wonder how bad those seeds would sting...Hell, for all I know they might kill you...

Do they have wild-wood-weed shells? Rebelp?
I've heard that it's incredibly stupid to fuck around with a crazy man's head.

I'm just going to go out on a limb and say you don't know many country hippies. And I mean real hippies, not folks who live in the city but bought a "farm" for whatever reason and wear birkenstocks and pata-gucci on the weekends and suits and ties during the week. They are a different branch of the family tree then their city cousins. While you might not find too many with "self-defense" guns, most will at least have a rifle of some sort. Even if they don't hunt, they need something to protect their animals from coyotes and such. Plus they have to protect their crops from thieves. Plus, an old hippie is who taught me to shoot a gun. Same old hippie as taught me how to drink shine and how to burn an old log from the inside out, which is one of the coolest looking things ever at a bon fire.
if you can't be good, be good at it
