Haha. The first time my wife baked a turkey she didn't know the giblets were inside. Pulled out the little roasted baggie and started crying...

The last bird I fried didnt have the goblet bag, had the neck but no goody bag. Apparently it's too expensive and time consuming to add these. You can still get them but they cost a bit more.

Aw ya you can unfold the box and lay it down and put your burner on top to catch any grease that might get away so it doesn't get all over your slab

I spiced it up with... of course Montreal seasonings.
Smells like Popeye' s chicken and da brothers keep walking by. lol

Took about 15 minutes to heat up. 45 minutes for a 13.5 pound bird.

I ate my turkey. It was like fried chicken only bigger.
The skin...we fought over every scrap.
Took the burner and my canned with me. Perfect for washing dishes or washing up...your hands.
