A pissed off dad is never good...

Postby R. Chapman » Fri Jan 03, 2014 9:20 pm

I'm not talking about my old man, I'm talking about a friends. Travis called me early this morning at 2 AM. I didn't answer immediately, and called 15 mins later. Apparently he called from his house phone, so when I called back, I woke up the whole house but no one answered. I called back to the house 15 mins ago to see why the hell Travis was calling me at 2 in the morning. And who answers the phone is Buck, Travis's pop. He didn't say hello or anything, all he said was "If you ever wake me up again at 2 in the morning, I'm going to bean your ass you beaner!" And click. I decided against calling back to say that I'm sorry as I'm sure I'll get the same response...

Haha
I called a buddy's phone at 3:30am because he was supposed to be at my house at 3:15. Didn't know I had his home phone and not cell phone number. His mom answered...she didnt get too mad though and woke him up.

Why did you wait so long to call him back? Little thought on your end there would have went a long way. If it wasn't right away, don't call the home phone.

On my phone, his home number and his cell number come up as his name only, it doesn't don't say whether its his home or not. I just figured it was his cell because he never uses his home. Plus it was 2 AM and I was tired; took me a few minutes to get up and call back.

I live within 25 miles of a reservation. Injun brawls are quite common, specifically at walmart and a couple local watering holes. So yes, I have seen one.

Be careful on your bounty. Eldon is a crack shot with his 1898 Springfield in .30-40 Krag.

Last I heard, Big Puma up there is hungry and loves the dancing Indians and crazy mountain men the best. I wouldn't be surprised if you got your ass jumped by him.

Ok, your friend called at 2, you didn't answer, sat/layer there looking at the ceiling for 15 minutes, and THEN called back?
