Only "Power" boats and sail boats over a certain length.
It's a FWP thing not a state thing. It's free and can be done over the computer. It's been enforce for the last 9 years. If you have got away with for this long ... They expire on Feb 28th like our hunting licenses only ever three years, Anyway most of us have to do it...

My temporary registration expired fucking two months ago and I was illegally boating in Arkansas.
God Damn...

I told her that I would like to sell the boat because I need money and she basically said tuff for you.
I also told her to watch the boat launch at PARNELL on Clinton Lake because thatś where Iḿ sinking it. She hung up.


I mean it´s not legally mine unless I have a title, right?
