I'm going to rub one out to that later.

They still get them like that out there or is it getting fished out? Always wanted to make the trip but its hard to drive out there when there's good fishing an hour away.

Yes - it's goofy.

And if you have a notion, limits of pike are easy too. Walleye are around too, but are a little tougher to get on.

You won't be saying that come fire season.
If it doesn't start raining on the west coast soon, it might end up being one of the worst in years. There are fires in Cali already and there is a fire not far from Mollala, in Oregon....IN FUCKING JANUARY!

Dan. What state you in?
As a boy we visited my grandparents in South Dakota. Fished Lake Kampeska for pike and perch. Haven't seen fish like that since we were catching the on 5-hook rigs 4-5 at a time in the early 1970's. Cool pics.

We get 25 combined sunfish with no size limit. That includes bluegill and crappie.

It may vary from lake to lake here. Dependent on fishing pressure. I haven't tossed a line in 2 years :(

We can catch 37 on Lake Texoma and 25 anywhere else. All have to be over 10".

I'm worried about our February goose season. It starts February 1 and lasts til the 28th. The Allegheny and the Ohio Rivers are about frozen solid and will be next week for sure. I looked at the Monongahela River on the bus ride home today and it was almost frozen over. That river is one of four in the world that flows south to north and it has a higher ph causing it almost never to freeze. It freezes like once every 50 years.

Paging MB.

Show this man what crappie look like.
