Where are your waders?

Right now?
If they're frozen in the bed of the pickup you might want to clean, dry, and store them but that's just too right.

Thrown down in the garage. Probably saw their last season. More shoe goo holding those things together than anything.

Mine too, have about 6 tubes of aqua seal on mine. Haven't been dry hunting since last season, but hey I'm alive even after hunting the river with a high of negative 18.

I cut all my old ones into hip waders. Don't just throw them away.

I thought about that or have heard of people cutting the boots off and using the top as waterproof bibs.

Mine are hanging on the back porch railing, retired and covered in aqua seal, shoe goo and patches. Probably going to cut it up for patches. I dont think they are salvageable even for hip boots at this point.

Speaking of boot dryers.
This is how to upgrade them for cheap. Two 2" couplings and a 10' section of 2" PVC...good to go.
