Yeah, no way any normal person would think "hey it would be pretty funny if I acted like I was so mad that I shoved a remote up my ass" so it could've been a fake but chances are that kid probably could've actually done that when he was mad. Besides that I've never thought that part was funny, just more like whoa that kid has some mental issues.
