girl rear ended my truck recently.. cop showed up and girl said "he pulled out in front of me.."

cop asked "did you pull out in front of her boy!?" cop was deffinatly early 20's.. this kinda irritated me.. i replyed that it was not quite that simple.. he said its a yea or no question, answer it." my reply was "well son, i sure as fuck did not pull out behind her!" he did not like that.. not one bit.. said he did not care for my attitude.. i informed him that i did not care for his either..
it all worked out and no one was beaten..

That's not the law it's a Supreme Court decision that violates the first amendment. In the California penal code peace offices can not be victims of 415pc. Wether it be loud noise or offensive language.
