I was thinking first amendment allowed us to cuss. Threats...are different.
I found you can threaten if the threat is proceeded by "I ought to". Say "I'm gunna" and you go to jail. Very fine line.

I'm my own boss and most of the people I'm around are fellow watermen who either cuss like I do or are so use to hearing it that they pay it no mind.
