she was afraid she'd accidentally see him in the middle of the night walking naked down the hall.

Tell her not to feel bad, that would scare the shit out of anyone.

You guys make it tough to decide if a guy should go to Canada to actually shoot birds and drink lots of beer, or go south and drink lots of beer and alcohol and have your drunken stupors documented on the interwebs

Sounds like it!
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

Damn, you're some trash talking mofos. I'd rather sleep in minus temps in a tent than under a bridge with newspaper stuffed in my jacket for insulation. No really, I say that from experience.
Who's to say it wasn't Tim screaming in the night. You've only heard his side of the story. It wasn't a scream, it was a war cry.
The cot is Cabela's XL and it is awesome.

Actually, there was a cot for Tim too. He chose not to use it. I hadn't used that cot before. I didn't realize just how big that fucker is.

I talked to Jerry, and would like to throw up the invite for the 2014 nch. I live about 2 hrs south of him and have give or take 12000 acres close of huntable land. Both state and private, rivers, ponds, and strip pits.

Just throwing it out there.

Who has that video?
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

Tommy and I had talked about this being a possibility, hunting would have been better at his places last year. As of now I would like top host again, I have a few spots plenty big enough to hunt everybody together. Ice eaters will be had by next year also, if my watershed lake is open that is where we need to hunt. Would be smart if we kept both options available, and decide as we get closer depending on weather and birds. Will post the speck whistle again.
