First corker finished

Well, almost. I still need to burn a signature into the keel and apply the varnish, but I have to get my branding iron first.

First carved cork body/wood head decoy for me, fully flocked.

Wow! Looks great.

This one would not be a good one to estimate time since I have very, very limited use of my right arm for awhile. With one good arm I would think I have maybe 4 hours into it start to finish. With two good arms, where I could use the draw knife, and a few more under my belt, I could cut that in half without much trouble. Lots of pieces to the puzzle, but none of them take a massive amount of time once it's carved.

That's not bad at all for what it is.
