This...........considering he is going to be living next door for a while, probably a good idea to attempt to sway the kid. He obviously doesn't have a role model in his life, and it shows.........shitty parents. A little attention can go a long way with a kid, especially if it is positive reinforcement. May not work, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. The last thing you need is a kid next door that hates you, and has nothing better to do than cause you problems. Work the dog into the reinforcement, show him how to play with him. If the kid has any kindness in his heart, it will come out, and being friends with the dog will actually give the kid a reason to let it show. Just a thought..........
