yep, with little motors anyway, but it's normal for them to swap them out until it's right. thats what we did, I never sold a motor without a factory prop regardless of wether it came with one it not. Run at idle and adjust it leaner and leaner til it starts quitting. Open the adjustment half or three quarters of a turn back out and it should be close.
Your pickup and high end will improve if you have it right. That prop you have ain't that bad. Should at least work
