I don't do it to pick up chicks, I play sports. As soon as I'm out of H.S. I'm done working out. Rex on the other hand, I have no idea why he works out...

I like to have about an hour of exercise everyday. If I don't work out, I feel sluggish. I can't do any of that shit I posted 5x or 10x. All of those are my max's. Believe, that 260 did me good. Last time I ever squat over 230. I couldn't feel my knees for 3 weeks.

I'm quite curious how you achieved this result? Hurt your knees, sure. Quads on fire, definitely. Can't feel your knees? Nope.

If you are hurting your knees doing squats then you aren't going down far enough. You should be going down until your quads are pressed against your stomach/chest and ass is almost to the floor.

I feel it at first but it just numbs out. Ever notice how you run like hell for a long time and your legs feel like jello? That's what happens with me and I swear to god I'm fall right over.

I could believe all of those except the 230 clean.

That's what I'm saying. And if the deadlift is 410, I would think the squat would be a lot closer.

None of those are impressive other than the 230 clean. So yes, I could believe it as his max rep.

I've never done max weight so I don't know how accurate that would be. My deadlift and squats are identical for workouts, but we are talking 12/10/8/8/6 rep sets, ending at 315. I've been stuck there for a month now due to running.

No, I just know the simple concept behind doing something like lifting with your legs. Having a tough time grasping it? Most cops do.

About as gay as it gets right there! I draw the line at having a spotter for squats.

Deadlift is usually a little more than squat. I don't do 1 rep max either, but I do 3 rep maxr. For 3 rep max, my recent was 335 squat, 365 deadlift, if that gives alittle insight.
