Looks like the motor is wired direct, other than that, what a great way to get rid of unnecessary stress.

The video was sped up, you could tell when the parts fly off, but it was still funny as hell when it started running around the yard.

I wish I had the video from several years ago when I made an "excessive noise device" from harmless sparklers. Put it inside an old broken microwave. It was awesome.
