After attending 81 Braves games in the 2011 season. FUCK MLB. I have seen enough to last a lifetime. I was a huge braves fan as a kid though. They were the home town team and they kicked ass.

After 16 years, the Royals had 7 div titles and 1 championship. Have not been in the playoffs since, it sucks when your team falls into bad ownership.

Wasn't pretty, but the Giants pull it off to win the opener. Great game.

Did you work for them?

Had an internship in college working on the ground crew. It was pretty cool. Got to meet a lot of players and miscellaneous famous people, and I was on TV a lot. You get to the point where you don't care who wins as long as the game is over in 9 innings though. One night we went 19 innings. that sucked. got to the stadium at 630am and didnt get to go home til 3 the next morning. We were all praying not to go to the playoffs that year too and we didnt.

Ever had to sit in a goose pit for 12 hours straight? (day after day)
After about the eighth time you re-start the cd you want to start shooting decoys.
Then four jerks from Texas drive off without paying. It could be worse.

I'd rather be hunting than working any day. Idk how many consecutive 12-15 hour days you've pulled with little to no sleep in between but I've done 15 in a row a few times and it fucking sucked. A lot of those ball games are followed by a concert or there's some kind of ceremony before hand. Weddings on home plate almost every other day we would have to set the field up for. Willie robertson coming to hit a little BP with 100 of his biggest fans... Delta company softball game. All kinds of shit besides MLB games happen there constantly.

A snow goose CD will start making you crazy after listening to it over and over and over and over again.

Both our teams are on the way up, it's bout time. The Pirates win the hat battle though, the old round rimmed hats that Wilie Stargell wore were bad ass!

Fuckin heartbreak last night. Lost even with a 4 point defecit at one point. New pitcher Reed looked solid until the 7th. Don't know I he got tired or the giants batting just woke up. Fun to watch though.

Had one of those when I was a kid. Was an orioles fan, but loved those hats, so I talked pops into buying me I've when we were at Cooperstown many moons ago. It was a couple years before they were in the Series against the O's. We had tickets to game 6 in 1979, and I told pop that if the Orioles could finally close it out, I'd trash the hat. But those sorry fucks couldn't do it. Up 3-1, and couldn't win one more damn game.

DBacks starting pitcher looked great for the first few innings. I thought he was goin to pitch a shutout for a second there.

He was looking solid. Giants infield was kicking the ball around pretty bad in the beginning but they still have a lot of skill/power at the plate. That 2 run homer was the tipping point.

I hate and love have Brandon Belt on the team. One second i hate him then next he does something amazing. Posey shot was a hell of a poke too.

I'm surprised they had you work the entire season for an internship. I'd guess that they would have rotated kids through there every few months.

Had to be a neat experience though!

We had Brandon Inge for a while, he was the same way. His glove was great, but his bat was way to inconsistent! Loved to watch him field, but had panic attacks when he stepped up to the plate. Then we sent him to the pirates
