It has a very good Image stabilizer for one. Good low light capability. The image capture in slow motion is very good as well.
The free editing software that comes with it is user friendly as well.

They both seem to have the same "bubble lens".
That Fuji camera took better video but didn't have all the cool gadgets and editing. These action cameras will get better IMO.
