How to beat traffic camera tickets

Years ago my parents sold their Camry. Five days later, the guy they sold it to, a black guy, gets a red light camera ticket. Cause he drug his ass filling out the dmv paperwork, the car was still in my dad's name and he got the ticket in the mail. Course it was thrown out, but not before he got the run around by the local police department for a week, before I had to call and talk to a couple "friends" down there

Same thing happened to me when I sold my ford escort.
