Only like 2 of their songs.

I can only really think of one. Sweet Emotion is pretty good. The rest can go in the same trash can as every Def Leopard song.

Ya know, I hear that a lot, Matt. Why is that? I think they are simply Stones clones, but other than that I always enjoyed them enough. Steven Tyler is a good front man with good range and good stage presence, and Joe Perry is a good guitarist and songwriter. Never quite got the animosity. But then again, if Guns and Roses comes on the radio and I'm blowing down an unseparated 2 lane highway, I start thinking like Christopher Walken In "Jerry Hall"!

They play chick music. Worked out great for them but I don't like it. That and Steven Tyler looks like an ugly woman.

Hahaha. Kid rock was the perfect person to play that part.
Seen him open for Aerosmith (who I now can't stand any more) kid rock is trash but he put on a good show. Did a bunch of acoustic stuff and is a pretty good guitar player. I still turn the station when one of his songs comes on the radio.

Never seen a single episode of American idol but apparently some guy from that show did this one for an episode of the Walking Dead. I like it a lot.

That is cool, cd. Reminds me of someone I can't put my finger on. I quit watching American Idol pretty much after Adam Lambert didn't win. He was by far the best singer on AI since it started, and I don't know if it was his homosexuality or what that lost it for him, but I think at that point Simon Cowel (the only brain on the show) said "I've had enough of this crap".

I've been thinking the same thing since the first time I heard it. It's right on the tip of my brain but I can't quite place it. Almost Bob Seger-ish but that's not who I'm really thinking. Love those fiddles though. I need to buy one and learn to play it.

Maybe a little Eddie Vedder-ish? Sounds good.

Me too. Not sure how to go about getting a "fiddle" though. Do you just ask for a violin without the gay?

 that's a good question, my wife thinks I'm nuts for wanting to learn to play.

I don't think that thumb is capable of playing music.

Fiddles and electric violins are my favorite instruments in a band. The girl that plays the electric violin with J Mellencamp is crazy good!

Pretty sure if you're playing by ear, it's a fiddle. If you're using sheet music, it's a violin.

Just imagine the racket that would be coming from your garage when you get all liquored up. It would be horrendous, worse than bagpipes. And the worst part is that to you, it would sound just like you were playing The Devil Went Down To Georgia. Over and over and over again.
