Everytime my dad or I has picked one of them up on any camping/hunting/fishing trip, it has cursed the whole trip.

Wasn't that an episode of the Brady Bunch?

Found another one today. Top center. More rudimentary than last week's (upper left) and similar point shape to a broken piece I found earlier in the week (top right.) Others are older pieces that appear to have been worked and either broken or unfinished. The grid is 1/2" squares.

That's pretty slick. Wonder what the bottom left was used for.

That's awesome bank. I'll have to remember to take some pictures next time I'm at my grandpa's. He has a bunch of heads, bowls, bones and even Indian teeth

Yeah that one's pretty interesting. I found it the day before and very near to the first arrowhead. My theory is it's a piece of something much larger, like maybe the back end of a spear/harpoon point, or perhaps an axe or digging tool. Here are more pics of it:

This is the other side of it, which is a single facet, almost perfectly flat. Three sides have obviously been worked into and almost perfect square, the fourth side appears rough and broken.

From different angles you can see that the straight sides appear to have been worked down to a dull edge.

I wondered about that or some other scraping use, but I don't think the sharp corners would lend themselves to that.

Follow up: I joined an arrowhead collecting forum and found out this weird square thing is a rifle flint. Trying to find out how old.

Very cool stuff Bank. Always wanted to find an arrowhead.
