yea I haven't been able to stop wondering what this 30+ year old boat has seen in its lifetime. How many ducks? How many geese? How many miles? How many close calls? Where all it's been? I'll never know, but hopefully I'll be able to add to it's story

What is the cheapest way to register that trailer, as a gift with a declared value or as a lien sale with a $1.00 value?

So I'm gonna cut out a lid/ cover for this boat's cockpit eventually. Maybe of 1/4" or 3/8" plywood and glass the shit outta it. But I wanna create some kinda seal on the inside to keep moisture out. Any ideas?

Yesterday was a fucked up busy day and I'm kinda running low on brain cells today.

I've got this one Jim,
Seriously make it Out of Luaun plywood. (However it's spelled) it will be way lighter and if glass it good just as strong. Weather stripping is the right track IMO, maybe with some clasps like on old jeep hoods to press the lid down onto the strip to make it seal.

You mean a lid just for storage right? I've been pondering a layout blind style opening for the hybrid.

Pardon my ignorance, but am I looking at 2 separate boats, or 2 views of the same boat?
And, what do you guess the finished weight will be?

same boat. Forward and aft

Never weighed her. But the original specs on the boat say 140 lbs. and not sure if you're clear, I didn't build this boat. It's an original two man Delashmutt II. I'm just doing alittle repair and preventative work to it
