Seems as though it'd be better to just use uncooked hash.

I'm trying that after this bag of tots is gone. I like the tot crust though. I think they will be hard to beat...

The Tater tot waffles are pretty damn tasty all on their own. Hash might be a bit much. I may try some regular brown gravy, too. Love dipping fries in that.
